When pressure brings up panic

The connection between stage fright, anxiety, and past lives

Do you know this situation:

Sweating, shaking, cotton mouth, you need to pee. Your brain doesn’t feel right. You can’t find your thoughts, much less put them into words.

You want to hide….but you’re a grown up, so you force yourself to stay and do the thing you planned to do.

<<You might call this performance anxiety, stage fright, introversion, or high sensitivity.>>

What is it for you - music performance? A pitch to your boss? A group presentation? Sharing your ‘elevator pitch’? Someone simply asks you a question that puts you in the spotlight feeling? Going to a networking event? Interpersonal conflict?

Why pressure brings up panic

All of this is normal human response to pressure. Our conscious brain keeps saying “what’s the big deal, this is no problem, I can do this!”. But your body says otherwise.

When anxiety just doesn’t make sense

In preparation for the Voice-Throat Portal so much past life has come up for healing. Performance anxiety, stabbing pains in my back and lungs, pain and a rash on my earlobe. Weird stuff - but each time it’s tracing back to a bad ending in another lifetime.

Many of us have this - violent endings in other lifetimes leaving imprints at the soul level. Many have to do with the neck and throat area. There’s something in you that remembers, keeping you on high alert, and sending you into panic when under pressure.

While the energy healing week has ended, Laura and I are continuing our collaboration. Accelerated transformation packages available soon. Email to get first opportunity at an application. Marta@InnerArtistry.space
