Dear one, are you feeling the weight and grief of the world? Are you weighed down by personal challenges?

So many are in upheaval and transition with job changes, chronic illness, caregiving, frustration in relationships, and seeing and feeling the suffering both in personal and public realms.

When we carry soul-level despair, it magnifies any challenges we experience in our personal lives.

This soul-level hopelessness might show up in beliefs such as:

  • I’ll never get out from under this

  • I’ve tried everything

  • Nothing ever works

  • Nothing ever changes

  • I’m all alone

  • It’s my fault

These beliefs then make everything harder, because we view everything through that very deep soul-level lens.

When we relieve these deep beliefs, there will be room for fresh energy, fresh approaches, more resilience, more creativity, and even joy amidst the challenge. And that new space and creativity may allow you to solve your challenges or grow to the next level.

We meet online for our opening HOPE Ceremony on Wed Nov 19th.

Each day, I check in with group consciousness to energetically address what needs attention. Things such as:

  • healing soul level grief and trauma

  • attending to young parts of us frozen in time

  • releasing trauma bonds

  • dissolving the feelings of despair and hopelessness and trace their roots back to ancestral and soul lives

Hi friend. If you’re here, I imagine you have a big heart, and want to help in our world, our cities, our neighborhoods, our families, where you are seeing and feeling chaos and pain.

It’s so normal to feel weighed down by the pains you see and feel. What’s been true in our world, so much suffering and power-over power plays - it is front and center. As the world changes and breaks down, we are asked to bring our full self to life. To do this, we must face these griefs. It is not a time to bury our heads any longer. Let’s be present to the pain, because walking through and releasing the pain is the way through and out.

I’ve been going through waves of facing these realities and the sufferings, and as I do so, each time I come out with more resilience, more dedication, and more joy.

I’m trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1 and 2), and certified in AuraTransformation, Emotion Code, Body Code, and Healing Remembered - therapeutic and energy healing modalities.

I’m mom to a 10 year old, married to an actuary, and living in Chicago.

  • We’ll meet together on Monday to launch our intentions together. And then every day, I’ll check into the “group consciousness” through the magic of the quantum realm. In this space, we are connected, and I can access what the group needs for energy healing through yes or no questions. If you’d like to see an example of this, check out the monthly healings here.
    I’ll send updates every day about what I’m addressing, and you can chime in with what you’re noticing or requests.

  • There are options for two live sessions. You will receive the healings and activations whether you join live, watch the video, or do neither.

    The daily activations will be mostly done without your presence, but I’ll send emails and updates about what’s addressed every day. The more you participate, the more your conscious brain can help anchor any changes and implement any changes needed in daily life.

  • We will be addressing energetic roots of patterns, beliefs, and wounds. You can expect your relationship to creating your art and creating your life to shift and change. Some of it might be subtle. Some of it might be big and obvious. I expect more ease and energy and excitement to show up naturally for you, as well as guidance needed for next steps.
