Burnout in my music career brought me to fabulous healing tools. I’ll be joining you in these weeks of creative healing, to connect to the divine gifts of music in a new and healthier way.

I’m trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1 and 2), and certified in AuraTransformation, Emotion Code, Body Code, and Healing Remembered - therapeutic and energy healing modalities.

I’m mom to a 10 year old, married to an actuary, and living in Chicago.

FAQs

  • The energy healing I use is based upon Emotion Code, Body Code and similar practices. We use muscle testing to hone in with precision on trapped imbalances. Then releasing trapped old energy with simple prayers and activations. In the group setting, while it is less specific to each person, the power of release and movement of energy is more powerful, amplified by our shared intentions.

  • It would help if you are present for most classes. This is designed as an intimate group, and the community time is part of the experience. Of course you may miss what you need to miss, and there will be a recording, and you will benefit from the energy healing when you watch the recording. You can deepen your results by watching the recording more than once.
