Imagine getting triggered - hair stands on end, blood boils, heat flushes, adrenaline races. Or perhaps you shrink and shrivel and want to hide. Or perhaps old pains and hurts come up, fears and angers and memories.
Essentially a trigger is a flashing sign saying “Attention needed!”.
And now imagine having a tool that gets to the heart of the trigger in a relatively short time - empowering, healing, and grounding you.
This isn’t about letting people off the hook, it’s about freedom for yourself so that YOU aren’t hooked by other people’s actions or words. And when responding from this freer place, people can be more creative, find solutions, even work towards win-win outcomes, perhaps even with compassion for the person/people who triggered you in the first place.
Don’t we all want to find a way to truly love more people, including those we disagree with? Don’t we want to expand our circle of compassion and support? And from a truly authentic place, not a cover up, pretend place.
Triggers do the opposite. They send us into us versus them, taking sides, and blame.
How great that people are aware of triggers these days. It is common lingo. People know when they are being activated and tuned into what they feel. But so often people get stuck at that spot. The next steps through a Karma Release can be so healing and so empowering.
This process won’t bypass any feelings or concerns. All parts, emotions, and energies are welcome. With love and kindness.
This is for you if:
~ You know yourself and your emotions well.
~ You’ve worked through traumas but there is still a grip on you.
~ You’re curious about, and open to the possibility, of past lives.
~ You’re easily triggered and you want a more empowered response.
~ You want a way to feel flexible in the face of challenges.
Karma release situations include:
~ Power-over dynamics - systems (government, education), legal, jobs.
~ Repeated patterns of any emotional triggers where you feel wronged, unfairly treated.
~ Situations or people that make you feel powerless.
~ Where you get stuck in blaming others.
(These situations might go back in your history, but it’s most applicable from about age 13 or 14 onward.)
It’s not the right timing for a Karma Release if:
~ You’re new to inner work.
~ Trauma is still fresh, and needs slow and gentle attention first.
~ You don’t like following a process with steps and directions.
If you are new to inner work, or you know that you will do better with following the flow as it comes up, then I recommend an IFS coaching. We can still work on triggers from this place as well.
Results include:
~ Resolving triggers!
~ More groundedness leads to better problem solving, better tolerance, more creative solutions, win-win outcomes.
~ Deep healing that can explain and resolve patterns in your life.
~ More love and compassion for yourself and other people involved.
~ Ability to use the Karma process anytime you want, once you learn it.
The process usually takes 1.5-2 hours. Fee is prorated at $120/hour. If we haven’t worked together before, let’s have a short connection call to see together if the Karma Release process is a good fit for you.
