At the root of so many discomforts (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual discomforts) —> trapped imbalances. Emotions are simply energy, designed to be in motion (e-motion), that moves through like a wave, and when that natural motion gets inhibited for any number of reasons, the energy can get trapped.
This method of relieving trapped emotions is simple, user friendly, and welcome to all levels.
